Required at the
signing of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale -
10% deposit
Construction -
Once foundation (slab) is poured - 20% deposit
Construction -
Once grey structure (walls) are completed - 30% deposit
Construction -
once roof is completed - 30% deposit
10%
held back 14 days - Final inspection. Lock up and keys to the owner.(Changes
made to the payment schedule are not applicable to present owners)
As original stated in all contracts you do not have to close until the
project is completed but some have decided to take possession before
everything is finished.
